What's the problem with traditional suiting? The heat! We took the cooling mesh fabric that’s commonly found in sportswear, and upscaled and retailored it for use in The Air Suit. The Air Suit functions like all Twillory Suits and Blazers; extreme stretch and comfort, no wrinkles, plenty of pockets, and is machine washable. Don't be that dressed-up overheated dude with an overused sweaty tissue in your pocket - stay cool and airy all day long!

Surprised by the Air Blazer

"I’ll be honest—the look of the mesh fabric gave me some hesitation at first. To make it less noticeable I went with the Navy Plaid, which helps hide the texture. But once I tried it on, I knew this has a place in a guys wardrobe immediately. The fit is excellent and incredibly comfortable. It stretches, breathes, and moves better than almost any blazer I’ve worn. If you’re looking for a traditional suit aesthetic, this probably isn’t it but if comfort and breathability matter to you, this is a fantastic option especially with the summer approaching. For me, it works best in a casual office setting with jeans or after-hours when the mesh isn’t as noticeable. Returned this one for now but have been eyeing a better sale as I’m still thinking about it."

"So comfortable. Has a "casual" but "dressy" look and feel. I ordered the "Tailored" pants, but next time will order the "slim". The tailored pants were a bit too straight for my taste. I like a more "tapered" pant leg. The fit of the suit was true to my size. No adjustments necessary."

Looking to get this jacket for my fiance. What is the difference between regular and long?: Hi Meredith, Thanks for your question here! Blazer sizing works like pants inseams, so they're measured inside from the armpit to the cuff, and they don't change depending on the chest size: S: 16" R: 17" L: 18.5" So a 48R and a 40R will have the same sleeve length, but a 40L and 40R will have different sleeve lengths. Is the 38R air blazer have the same length in arms as the 40R air blazer. I am 5'11" weight 235. My chest size is 48, but most jackets (size 48) are a stretch to button in front. Then if I buy a size 50, the jacket is too long. My question is Do these sizes run large or small. Is the size 50 longer than the 48? Also about the waist - Is the 40 a true size? As for the blazers, the length of the sleeve does not change when the chest size changes so the sleeve length of the 48R and the 50R will be the same; only the chest size will be larger or smaller. What is the difference between the trim and the tailored fit?: Thanks for your question, Antonio! We only have 1 Fit for the AIR Blazers but our pants (both Performance and AIR) have 2 Fits. Our Tailored fit is tapered lightly through the thighs and legs for a slimming silhouette, while still leaving a bit of room throughout for comfort. The Trim fit is more tapered than the Tailored fit for a greater slimming appearance, without being skin-tight. Hope this helps! How will my blazer be packaged?

We're going to do you right: All Twillory blazers and tuxedo jackets come to you in a premium travel garment bag, with a three-dimensional hanger to keep it in mint condition, from Day 1 to Day 10,001. The rest of your closet will be jealous.

Can I really wash this at home?

Hundred percent. Our blazers are fully machine-washable, because dry cleaning is so 1990's. Just toss it in, wash on cold, and dry it flat on a clean towel. For best results, add minimal detergent and never use bleach. While our blazers are designed to be wrinkle-free, a quick once-over with a warm iron can keep lapels crisp and provide an exceptionally smooth look. If you just want someone else to deal with it, dry cleaning won't break it, scout's honor.

What's the difference between Performance and AIR suits?

Because no two guys have the same day, our suits come in a variety of styles and fabrics, but the two main ones are our Performance and AIR lines.

Think of our Performance Fabric as your daily ride-or-die. It's a lightweight blend with structure, a bit of stretch, and designed to put up with activities that can cause wear-and-tear on other suits. If you're looking to upgrade your office attire with something providing under-the-radar benefits in a traditional look, this one's for you.

Our AIR fabric is a patent-pending innovation that brings the look of tailoring into the modern age. Subtly textured, plenty of stretch and impossibly light, you've found your match if you tend to overheat, or find yourself in highly active roles with lots of movement. It's the suit for guys who can't stand suits.

Regardless of your choice, both blazers are unlined, 100% machine washable, wrinkle-resistant and perfect for traveling. We know you'll love them both, but just in case, every order offers a free return within 30 days of purchase. No hard feelings.

How do I know if my suit fits?

Before you head out the door into the great unknown, here's a few things to check:

The shoulders: The shoulder seam of the blazer should be positioned right where your arm meets your shoulder, allowing the sleeve to drop in a straight line, without creases or bulging. Too small, and the shoulder pads won't create a crisp line up top. Too long, and the sleeve will bow in.

The back: The rear of your suit should fit close to your back, but not be pulling or wrinkling. This means it's too small. Alternatively, a billowy or loose-fitting back means you've gone too large.

The sleeves: These should hit right at your wrist bone and show a peek of your shirt cuff. You didn't put all that work into coordinating to hide it, right?

Closure: look for the top button to hit around your belly button. When buttoned, you should have room for a fist between the inside of the blazer and your shirt. This provides enough slack to avoid the dreaded "X" from a too-tight fit, but still allows a gentle level of contouring in the midsection.

Length: With your hands at your side, look for your blazer hem to land around your knuckles, or a little bit higher, depending on personal preference.
