What's the problem with traditional suiting? The heat! We took the cooling mesh material that’s commonly found in sportswear, and upscaled and retailored it for use in the lightweight summer Air Suit.

The breathable air suit functions like all Twillory suits and blazers: extreme stretch and comfort, airy, no wrinkles, plenty of pockets, and is machine washable. Don't be that dressed-up, overheated dude with an overused, sweaty tissue in your pocket.

Surprised by the Air Blazer

"I’ll be honest—the look of the mesh fabric gave me some hesitation at first. To make it less noticeable I went with the Navy Plaid, which helps hide the texture. But once I tried it on, I knew this has a place in a guys wardrobe immediately. The fit is excellent and incredibly comfortable. It stretches, breathes, and moves better than almost any blazer I’ve worn. If you’re looking for a traditional suit aesthetic, this probably isn’t it but if comfort and breathability matter to you, this is a fantastic option especially with the summer approaching. For me, it works best in a casual office setting with jeans or after-hours when the mesh isn’t as noticeable. Returned this one for now but have been eyeing a better sale as I’m still thinking about it."

Great Casual suit

"So comfortable. Has a "casual" but "dressy" look and feel. I ordered the "Tailored" pants, but next time will order the "slim". The tailored pants were a bit too straight for my taste. I like a more "tapered" pant leg. The fit of the suit was true to my size. No adjustments necessary."

In general, the S sleeve on the jacket is the most appropriate for a 32/33 dress shirt sleeve length, an R for a 34/35 and an L for a 36/37. Hi there: I have a question about your air suit. I have been eagerly waiting for a restock of the Navy 42 R but unfortunately, the wedding I am going to attend is in 10 days and I may have to look elsewhere. I do see you have a 42 S and I’m very tempted to go for it but I wanted your take first. I am 5-10 and generally like my clothes fitted so this may work depending on your take. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!: Hi Alnardo, Thanks for your question here! In terms of sizing, the 42R and 42S will have the same Fit, just the S will have shorter sleeves by about 1.5". In general, a height of 5'10" usually requires the R sleeve length (and 34/35 sleeve in dress shirts) but that's up to you of course. Hello, I'm looking for more information on the short sizing for the air the blazers. I'm 5'3, 140lbs. Where can I find info on jacket and sleeve length?: Thanks for your question, Ab! The AIR Blazers sizing works the same as our Performance Blazers. The body length changes depending on the sleeve size, and they don't change depending on the chest size. Hi in the blazer I am worried over sleeve length as I have long arms and I am 6 ft 3 tall with a 48” chest will the regular length be long enough: Thanks for your question here, Andrew! The sleeve inseam for the R is 17" which may be a tad too short. The L is 18.5" which would fit the length better, but unfortunately 46L is our largest size in L. How will my blazer be packaged?

We're going to do you right: All Twillory blazers and tuxedo jackets come to you in a premium travel garment bag, with a three-dimensional hanger to keep it in mint condition, from Day 1 to Day 10,001. The rest of your closet will be jealous.

Can I really wash this at home?

Hundred percent. Our blazers are fully machine-washable, because dry cleaning is so 1990's. Just toss it in, wash on cold, and dry it flat on a clean towel. For best results, add minimal detergent and never use bleach. While our blazers are designed to be wrinkle-free, a quick once-over with a warm iron can keep lapels crisp and provide an exceptionally smooth look. If you just want someone else to deal with it, dry cleaning won't break it, scout's honor.

What's the difference between Performance and AIR suits?

Because no two guys have the same day, our suits come in a variety of styles and fabrics, but the two main ones are our Performance and AIR lines.

Think of our Performance Fabric as your daily ride-or-die. It's a lightweight blend with structure, a bit of stretch, and designed to put up with activities that can cause wear-and-tear on other suits. How do I know if my suit fits?

Before you head out the door into the great unknown, here's a few things to check:

The shoulders: The shoulder seam of the blazer should be positioned right where your arm meets your shoulder, allowing the sleeve to drop in a straight line, without creases or bulging. Too small, and the shoulder pads won't create a crisp line up top. Too long, and the sleeve will bow in.

The back: The rear of your suit should fit close to your back, but not be pulling or wrinkling. This means it's too small. Alternatively, a billowy or loose-fitting back means you've gone too large.

The sleeves: These should hit right at your wrist bone and show a peek of your shirt cuff. You didn't put all that work into coordinating to hide it, right?

Closure: look for the top button to hit around your belly button. When buttoned, you should have room for a fist between the inside of the blazer and your shirt. This provides enough slack to avoid the dreaded "X" from a too-tight fit, but still allows a gentle level of contouring in the midsection.

Length: With your hands at your side, look for your blazer hem to land around your knuckles, or a little bit higher, depending on personal preference.
