"The performance pants (34x30 tailored) worked really well overall. I think a slightly stronger taper would make them even better for my preference, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker — I also don’t think the slim fit would work as well for me in the thighs so this is the cut for me. The shirt stay band is a great touch too and actually makes a noticeable difference throughout the day. I’m 5’10” and this lands with no break. It’s almost a smidge too short but it fits the trendy vibe that’s out there now. Steam helps relax the wrinkles and once they are gone the fabric stays pretty wrinkle free. Makes the work day a breeze."

Is there much seam allowance for letting out the hem another inch or so?
Thanks for your question, Yonni! Our pants do not have much room to be let out or let down. If you're in between sizes we suggest going up a size and using a tailor who is familiar with synthetic fabrics to hem them up. Of course, once tailored, products are no longer eligible for return/exchange. Which pant fit is slimmer? Tailored or Trim?

The Trim fit is more tapered than the Tailored fit for a greater slimming appearance, without being skin-tight. Hope this helps!

Which is a tighter fit tailored or trim? Which is better for a 55 year old size 34/30

While the Tailored fit is tapered through the leg and thigh, it does have a bit of room throughout for comfort. While tapered through the leg and thigh, there's still some room for comfort, and if you're looking for an even looser fit, we'd suggest moving up one waist size for extra room through the leg and thigh.
