What's the problem with traditional suiting? The heat! We took the cooling mesh fabric that’s commonly found in sportswear, and upscaled and retailored it for use in The Air Suit. The Air Suit functions like all Twillory Suits and Blazers; extreme stretch and comfort, no wrinkles, plenty of pockets, and is machine washable. Don't be that dressed-up overheated dude with an overused sweaty tissue in your pocket - stay cool and airy all day long!

Surprised by the Air Blazer

"I’ll be honest—the look of the mesh fabric gave me some hesitation at first. To make it less noticeable I went with the Navy Plaid, which helps hide the texture. But once I tried it on, I knew this has a place in a guys wardrobe immediately. The fit is excellent and incredibly comfortable. It stretches, breathes, and moves better than almost any blazer I’ve worn. If you’re looking for a traditional suit aesthetic, this probably isn’t it but if comfort and breathability matter to you, this is a fantastic option especially with the summer approaching. For me, it works best in a casual office setting with jeans or after-hours when the mesh isn’t as noticeable. Returned this one for now but have been eyeing a better sale as I’m still thinking about it."

Great Casual suit

"So comfortable. Has a "casual" but "dressy" look and feel. I ordered the "Tailored" pants, but next time will order the "slim". The tailored pants were a bit too straight for my taste. I like a more "tapered" pant leg. The fit of the suit was true to my size. No adjustments necessary."

"I am a wedding photographer (and have been for over 20 years), and have always battled the Florida heat, never finding the right combo of professionalism and comfort. I have finally found it! "This is my second one of the air suit jacket! When traveling in Vietnam, one of my friends who lives there noticed that I had it and I wound up giving it to him so I had to get a second one for myself for when I travel not only does a pack well lightweight, but in parts of the world that I often frequent for business, but still have to look professional I can not sweat myself to death ."

i am a 35 waist. #6 is too big. does the 34 stretch to accommodate a 35 inch waist. What is the difference between regular and long? What would your recommend for a 6’ 2” tall guy?: Hi Jo, Thanks for your question here! The sleeve difference between the R and L Blazers is 1.5". Our Blazers in R length come out to 17" in the sleeve, and in L length come out to 18.5". For a 6'2" tall guy, I would recommend a L in your usual chest sized blazer. Does anyone know whether the "Air Navy Melange" color is darker or lighter than the "Air Navy" color? I can't tell from the photos.: Thanks for your question, David! The AIR Navy Melange is a lighter colorway; it's our Navy color but has lighter threads running through it for a textured appearance. Hope this helps!

The difference between the Solid and Melange color options for our AIR Suit lies in the fabric texture. The Solid colorways are a uniform color, while the Melange colorways have a heathered appearance, created by combining different shades of threads to give it a more textured, dimensional look. How will my blazer be packaged?

We're going to do you right: All Twillory blazers and tuxedo jackets come to you in a premium travel garment bag, with a three-dimensional hanger to keep it in mint condition, from Day 1 to Day 10,001. The rest of your closet will be jealous.

Can I really wash this at home?

Hundred percent. Our blazers are fully machine-washable, because dry cleaning is so 1990's. Just toss it in, wash on cold, and dry it flat on a clean towel. For best results, add minimal detergent and never use bleach. While our blazers are designed to be wrinkle-free, a quick once-over with a warm iron can keep lapels crisp and provide an exceptionally smooth look. If you just want someone else to deal with it, dry cleaning won't break it, scout's honor.

What's the difference between Performance and AIR suits?

Because no two guys have the same day, our suits come in a variety of styles and fabrics, but the two main ones are our Performance and AIR lines.

Think of our Performance Fabric as your daily ride-or-die. It's a lightweight blend with structure, a bit of stretch, and designed to put up with activities that can cause wear-and-tear on other suits. If you're looking to upgrade your office attire with something providing under-the-radar benefits in a traditional look, this one's for you.

Our AIR fabric is a patent-pending innovation that brings the look of tailoring into the modern age. Subtly textured, plenty of stretch and impossibly light, you've found your match if you tend to overheat, or find yourself in highly active roles with lots of movement. How do I know if my suit fits?

Before you head out the door into the great unknown, here's a few things to check:

The shoulders: The shoulder seam of the blazer should be positioned right where your arm meets your shoulder, allowing the sleeve to drop in a straight line, without creases or bulging. Too small, and the shoulder pads won't create a crisp line up top. Too long, and the sleeve will bow in.

The back: The rear of your suit should fit close to your back, but not be pulling or wrinkling. This means it's too small. Alternatively, a billowy or loose-fitting back means you've gone too large.

The sleeves: These should hit right at your wrist bone and show a peek of your shirt cuff. You didn't put all that work into coordinating to hide it, right?

Closure: look for the top button to hit around your belly button. When buttoned, you should have room for a fist between the inside of the blazer and your shirt. This provides enough slack to avoid the dreaded "X" from a too-tight fit, but still allows a gentle level of contouring in the midsection.

Length: With your hands at your side, look for your blazer hem to land around your knuckles, or a little bit higher, depending on personal preference.
