What's the problem with traditional suiting? The heat! We took the cooling mesh material that’s commonly found in sportswear, and upscaled and retailored it for use in the lightweight summer Air Suit.
The breathable air suit functions like all Twillory suits and blazers: extreme stretch and comfort, airy, no wrinkles, plenty of pockets, and is machine washable. Don't be that dressed-up, overheated dude with an overused, sweaty tissue in your pocket.

"I bought 4 pairs of the AIR pants and am disappointed that after only 2 months the front stiching around the zipper is coming undone on the Blue Prince of Wales pants. I would expect better craftmanship for the price. Love the feel, the fit, but hard to love the look."

"The structure of this blazer is very well made. I like the double vents in the back. However, I ordered a short. The sleeves are appropriate but the length of the coat is more like a regular, not a short. I’ve taken it to a tailor to have the length shorten to reflect the fit of an actual “short. ”"

"Fits great, looks great. There could be a little more structure around the shoulder padding so the seams don’t show through. There is a wrinkle at the front top button from shipping with the jacket buttoned that I haven’t quite been able to steam out."

Unfortunately, I float between a 34" and 36" waist so I had to purchase both sizes. They actually both fit well. Breathable stretch in a good looking pant is worth the asking price. Fabric not appropriate for most occasions.
"The suit fit well and was as light and airy as you can get, but the look of the fabric is not suited to any kind of formal occasion. Also the bright blue seam material on the inside was quite visible making it even less formal."
Surprised by the Air Blazer
"I’ll be honest—the look of the mesh fabric gave me some hesitation at first. To make it less noticeable I went with the Navy Plaid, which helps hide the texture. But once I tried it on, I knew this has a place in a guys wardrobe immediately. The fit is excellent and incredibly comfortable. It stretches, breathes, and moves better than almost any blazer I’ve worn. If you’re looking for a traditional suit aesthetic, this probably isn’t it but if comfort and breathability matter to you, this is a fantastic option especially with the summer approaching. For me, it works best in a casual office setting with jeans or after-hours when the mesh isn’t as noticeable. Returned this one for now but have been eyeing a better sale as I’m still thinking about it."
Great Casual suit
"So comfortable. Has a "casual" but "dressy" look and feel. I ordered the "Tailored" pants, but next time will order the "slim". The tailored pants were a bit too straight for my taste. I like a more "tapered" pant leg. The fit of the suit was true to my size. No adjustments necessary."
Black tie never looked and felt so good
"I am a wedding photographer (and have been for over 20 years), and have always battled the Florida heat, never finding the right combo of professionalism and comfort. I have finally found it! No exaggeration, every single wedding I photograph now, I get multiple people (wedding vendors and wedding guests, male and female), commenting on how amazing my suit is, and then I show them the stretch and how breathable it is, and they are blown away!"

- I am 5'7.5", mid-forties and 170lbs. How do I know if I need a short jacket or a regular jacket? What measurements should I take to tell?
- Hi Scott, Thanks for your question here! In general, the S sleeve on the jacket is the most appropriate for a 32/33 dress shirt sleeve length, an R for a 34/35 and an L for a 36/37. If you need more help with fit, feel free to reach out to help@twillory.com and they'll be happy to help!
- I’m 6’4 and I need the matching pants to go with the blazer. Looks like you only provide a 34L. Will you be providing a 36-37 L for us tall men?

- Hi there: I have a question about your air suit. I have been eagerly waiting for a restock of the Navy 42 R but unfortunately, the wedding I am going to attend is in 10 days and I may have to look elsewhere. I do see you have a 42 S and I’m very tempted to go for it but I wanted your take first. I am 5-10 and generally like my clothes fitted so this may work depending on your take. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
- Hi Alnardo, Thanks for your question here! In terms of sizing, the 42R and 42S will have the same Fit, just the S will have shorter sleeves by about 1.5". In general, a height of 5'10" usually requires the R sleeve length (and 34/35 sleeve in dress shirts) but that's up to you of course. - Thanks for your question, Ab! The AIR Blazers sizing works the same as our Performance Blazers. The body length changes depending on the sleeve size, and they don't change depending on the chest size. - Hi in the blazer I am worried over sleeve length as I have long arms and I am 6 ft 3 tall with a 48” chest will the regular length be long enough
- Thanks for your question here, Andrew! The sleeve inseam for the R is 17" which may be a tad too short. The L is 18.5" which would fit the length better, but unfortunately 46L is our largest size in L.
