Gift cards expire five years from purchase date and are not refundable for cash past six months from time of purchase.

I am trying to check out for an order of 5 pocket pants, but it won’t accept my new account discount. The pants are $99, is the reason it will not accept the discount code because the order is not over $99?

The gift card isn't bound to your email though, so feel free to forward this along to your grandson! Why don’t you have a phone and why has no one responded to me? Very disappointed in lack of customer service. I bought a large gift card and have BIG questions.... still. No confirmation- no way to tell them where to send it. Why no help?
Hi Cathy, Thanks for your question! We've looked into this for you and we can see that our Customer Happiness team responded to your outreach on 3/22 at 3:10PM EST. Some email providers sort our responses to spam or promotional folders, so we encourage you to check all other folders aside from your main inbox. We don't currently have a public customer service phone number because, as a company that deals solely in e-commerce, we want to streamline all communication through email, but we're looking into offering a customer line in the future. For the time being, gift card codes are electronically (not physically) distributed, and are sent to the email address of the person checking out immediately after the order has been paid for, so that should be in your inbox as we speak. Once again, we encourage you to check other email folders for this. Once a gift card order has been made, we aren't able to change the recipient and cannot see the gift code information due to security reasons. However, since the code is not tied to the email address of the person who made the order, you can forward it to the person you purchased the card for, and they can use it on their end.
