Thanks for your question here! Our manufacturers do put our shirts through a wash before sending our production runs over to our warehouses, and as such shirts should not shrink when laundered according to directions. That being said, the nature of cotton is such that even if you pre-shrink it, it can still shrink a bit if there is heat applied during laundering.
We don't really recommend it since shrinkage post-production can't be done in a controlled environment, but if you wanted to attempt to get these a bit smaller, you can tumble-dry your Non-Iron SafeCotton shirts on warm instead of gentle to shrink them a bit. Please note that any shrinkage caused by purposefully washing or tumble-drying your shirts on warm will make your shirts ineligible for return. Hope this helps!
