I feel like the fit ran a bit large I'm usually a 32 waist and it was a bit loose for me but maybe I've lost a little weight. They do have some stretch so I'm not afraid to go down a size. I will say if you get the tight fitted ones (there's a pic of those in black), hair may poke through but who's looking that close? And even so it's worth the breathability.
