Tight in chest and arms
"If you’d like to show off your chest or biceps order your regular size, otherwise size up. I am 6‘2“ tall, wear a 44 L sportcoat, weigh 205 pounds, and have around 16 inch biceps when flexed. I’d say I have a little more muscle than the average 56 year old guy, but I’m not shredded or huge, and the XL that I originally ordered was way too tight in the chest in the arms. Going up to a double XL solve that issue. It’s a little bit on the long side now hanging down just past my rear end, but I always plan to wear it tucked in so that’s not a problem for me. Obviously younger guys, skinny guys, or guys who are built like Alan Ritchson go ahead and order your typical size. YMMV."
